While this doc is intended to help those looking for their bra sizes or resources for supportive bras, the information and importance on wearing the correct size applies to those that wear binders as well! Wherever you’re interested in wearing a binder for gender affirming reasons or even for occasions like cosplay, I cannot stress how important it is to be wearing the correct size. However, as a cis woman, there’s only so much I am able to speak on regarding binder recommendations and experience. For that reason, I’m linking a few articles from non-cis individuals or groups detailing binder safety and trusted brands.
Please make sure to do research into every brand’s size chart and measure correctly - do NOT try to intentionally size down in binders!
